Description of Service
DareToCloud provides users with access to a collection of resources, including various tools, training materials, and educational content through its network of properties which may be accessed through any medium or device now known or hereafter developed (the “Service”). You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for DareToCloud to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from DareToCloud, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and newsletters, and that these communications are considered part of your membership. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new DareToCloud properties, shall be subject to these terms and conditions. You understand and agree that the Service is provided “AS-IS” and that DareToCloud assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

About the website creation services
Website Creation Process
We’re excited to bring your vision to life. Here’s how our streamlined website creation process works to ensure efficiency and quality:
Step 1: Submit Your Information
Once you’ve filled out this form with your website content, brand elements, and any specific requirements, we’ll get started on a first draft of your site.
Step 2: Receive Your First Draft (V1)
Based on the information you provide, we’ll create Version 1 (V1) of your website. This draft includes the initial structure, text, and images, giving you a clear view of the design and content layout.
Step 3: Single Iteration Round
After receiving V1, you have one opportunity to request changes in a single, grouped email. Please review the draft thoroughly and list all revisions in one document or email. This ensures that we address everything at once.
Step 4: Final Delivery (V2)
We’ll implement the requested changes and deliver Version 2 (V2), which serves as the final version of the website. At this stage, the website is ready for launch!
Note: Additional revisions beyond the V2 final delivery are not included in this package. Any further changes will be considered a new project or service request.
This process helps us maintain a high standard of efficiency while ensuring you get a website tailored to your needs. Thank you for trusting us with your website!
